From 16 to 18 June 2025, the closing meeting of the international  project InGUPS – Innovative Education in Gastronomy to Support the Sustainability of the Food System, funded by Erasmus+ KA220, took place in Nitra.

InGUPS Project at a Prestigious Food Safety Conference

The InGUPS project (Innovative education in gastronomy: To support the sustainability of food system) is an Erasmus+ KA220 initiative aimed at developing innovative multilingual study materials for theoretical and practical training in gastronomy and food science.

Between 22 nd and 26 th April, 2024 the participants of the „FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project visited Lublin and Janów Lubelski in Poland for the final study visit that was organized by the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.
