Final Meeting of the InGUPS Project in Nitra

From 16 to 18 June 2025, the closing meeting of the international project InGUPS – Innovative Education in Gastronomy to Support the Sustainability of the Food System, funded by Erasmus+ KA220, took place in Nitra.
Since 2022 the project has linked universities and expert institutions focused on gastronomy and sustainable food systems, and it culminated in a three-day working session hosted by the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. The agenda centred on evaluating the project’s outputs, which include multimedia study materials and video tutorials in four languages, including Ukrainian, aimed at easing the integration of Ukrainian students and modernising gastronomy and food-science teaching. Working teams presented the completed e-learning modules, tested pilot video lessons and discussed the long-term use of the results once the project formally ends.
