07.04.2025
The InGUPS project (Innovative education in gastronomy: To support the sustainability of food system) is an Erasmus+ KA220 initiative aimed at developing innovative multilingual study materials for theoretical and practical training in gastronomy and food science.
One of the project’s key objectives is to support the integration of Ukrainian students into the educational process at partner universities. This is achieved through the creation of teaching materials and instructional videos in both the host country’s language and Ukrainian, simplifying their professional preparation.
At the 22nd Scientific Conference with International Participation Food Safety and Control, held March 26–28, 2025 in Piešťany, the InGUPS project was presented in the section “Current Issues in Food Hygiene and Safety” in the form of an electronic poster.
Through its innovative educational approaches, the InGUPS project contributes to improving education in the field of gastronomy and food sciences while supporting the sustainability of food systems.
